Bowling, R-MC Continue to Lead at ODAC Championship

CONOVER, N.C. – Sophomore Olivia Bowling (Charlotte Hall, Md./St. Mary's Ryken) increased her lead in the individual standings as did Randolph-Macon in the team standings after the second round of the ODAC Women's Golf Championship at the Rock Barn Golf & Spa's Jackson Course.

After shooting 77 on Day 1 and owning a two-stroke lead, Bowling fired a 73 on Day 2 for a two-round total of 150, eight shots better than Rachael Wright of Washington and Lee. Click here to watch an interview with Bowling following Round 2.

Sophomore Tracy Moriconi (Richmond, Va./St. Catherine's) was eighth at 173 (88-85). Freshman Jenny Jeu (Midlothian, Va./James River) was 10th at 179 (90-89), followed by sophomore Rebecca Ream (York, Pa./York Country Day) at 181 (92-89) and freshman Katie Raymond (Rice, Va./Fuqua) at 184 (92-92).

The third and final round will be held on Tuesday, April 29.
