R-MC Men's Hoops Moves to No. 18 in D3hoops.com Poll

ASHLAND, Va. - The Randolph-Macon men's basketball team is ranked No. 18 in the latest D3hoops.com national poll.

The Yellow Jackets are 13-2 overall and 5-1 in ODAC play, good for first place in the conference standings.

R-MC is one of two ODAC schools in this week's poll. Lynchburg (13-1) moved into the rankings at No. 22.

There are three state teams in the poll. Along with R-MC and LYN, Christopher Newport checks in at No. 21.

The Yellow Jackets are currently No. 13 in the Massey Ratings.

Randolph-Macon returns to action on Wednesday, Jan. 9 with a home ODAC contest against Shenandoah at 7 p.m. in Crenshaw Gym.
