R-MC Men's Hoops Crack Top 5 in D3hoops.com Poll

ASHLAND, Va. - The Randolph-Macon men's basketball team extended its win streak to nine with a pair of wins last week and rose two spots to No. 5 in the D3hoops.com Men's Top 25.

It is the highest ranking for the Yellow Jackets since finishing fifth in the final 2015 poll after spending three weeks at No. 1.

R-MC is 22-2 overall and 14-1 in the ODAC. The Yellow Jackets won their third straight ODAC regular-season crown and will be the No. 1 seed in next week's conference tournament in Salem, Va.

Randolph-Macon concludes the regular season on Saturday, Feb. 16 with a 4:30 p.m. ODAC contest at Eastern Mennonite.
