Yellow Jackets' Golf in Fifth Place after Day One of H-SC Invitational

FARMVILLE, VA – The Randolph-Macon Golf team finds itself in fifth-place after day one of the Hampden-Sydney Invitational at the Manor Golf Course in Farmville, VA.

The Yellow Jackets got a three over, 75 from freshman Kyle Fuller which puts him in a tie for eighth-place heading into day two.

Hunter Weaver carded a 76 to place in  tie for 13th, while Scott Hellmuth is currently in 18th place after shooting a 77.  R-MC's Patrick Hopkins is tied for 13th, playing as an individual.

The host Tigers lead the tournament behind Rick O'Connell who shot a four under, 69 to help HSC to a 292 as a team.
