Fuller Tied for Sixth at Ted Keller Memorial Golf Tournament

 

ASHLAND, Va. – Junior Kyle Fuller (Richmond, Va./Deep Run) was tied for sixth after the first round of the Ted Keller Memorial Golf Tournament at the Hanover Country Club.

Round 1 was suspended due to darkness on Sunday, Oct. 20. It was completed on Monday morning, followed by Round 2.

Fuller fired a three-over 73 to pace the Yellow Jackets. Sophomore Wes Bourdon (Virginia Beach, Va./Norfolk Academy) shot 81, followed by sophomore Lucas Powell (Mechanicsville, Va./Lee-Davis), freshman Dalton Taylor(Falls Church, Va./McLean) and freshman Adam Tuttle (Alexandria, Va./Hayfield) at 82, sophomore Connor Jones (Harrisburg, Va./Spotswood) at 84, junior Bobby Bradshaw (Springfield, Va./West Springfield) at 85 and senior Andrew Farrell (Chesapeake, Va./Grassfield) at 92.

The Jackets were in 10th place out of 14 teams following the first round.
