Fuller Finishes Second at Ted Keller Memorial Golf Tournament

ASHLAND, Va. – Junior Kyle Fuller (Richmond, Va./Deep Run) tied for second in the individual standings in the Ted Keller Memorial Golf Tournament at Hanover Country Club.

Fuller shot a one-over 71 in the second round, two strokes better than his first-round score. He led the Yellow Jackets to a ninth-place finish out of 14 teams. R-MC improved its score by 17 shots in Round 2, the second-highest total in the field.

Freshman Dalton Taylor (Falls Church, Va./McLean) shot 158 (82-76), followed by junior Bobby Bradshaw (Springfield, Va./West Springfield) at 161 (85-76), sophomore Wes Bourdon (Virginia Beach, Va./Norfolk Academy) at 162 (81-81), sophomore Lucas Powell at 164 (82-82), freshman Adam Tuttle (Alexandria, Va./Hayfield) at 167 (82-85), sophomore Connor Jones (Harrisonburg, Va./Spotswood) at 172 (84-88) and senior Andrew Farrell (Chesapeake, Va./Grassfield) at 174 (92-82).

The Jackets will finish the fall portion of their schedule Oct. 28-29 at the Jensen/O'Briant Tournament in Greensboro, N.C.
