Fuller Finishes Seventh, Leads R-MC to Ninth-Place Finish at Camp Lejeune

CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. – Junior Kyle Fuller (Richmond, Va./Deep Run) finished in a tie for seventh out of 80 golfers in the individual standings as the Randolph-Macon men's golf team tied for ninth out of 16 teams at the 43rd Camp Lejeune Intercollegiate.

Fuller shot a one-under 70 in the first round on Friday before firing a 77 on Sunday in the second round for a total of 147, five shots behind the medalist.

Adam Pearson was tied for 16th at 151 (70-81=151). Freshman Dalton Taylor (Falls Church, Va./McLean) shot 159 (76-83), followed by senior Andrew Farrell (Chesapeake, Va./Grassfield) at 163 (79-84) and junior Bobby Bradshaw (Springfield, Va./West Springfield) at 168 (81-87).

The Yellow Jackets will participate in the Marlin Invitational in Virginia Beach on Sunday, April 6 and Monday, April 7.
