As a Freshman (2015-2016)

  • Played in the Camp Lejeune Intercollegiate and Roanoke Invitational tournaments totaling four rounds on the season


  • Attended La Plata High School where he played golf and baseball
  • Helped both teams claim the Regional Championships in 2012 and 2013
  • Won the Conference Championship in 2012 and 2013 and the golf team won the Conference Championship in 2013 and 2014 for baseball
  • Chase was named MVP in 2012 and 2014 and received the Warrior Award in 2011
  • Member of Model UN and the Memorial Garden Society and his acapella group was the ICHSA Northeast Champion

  • Chase's father, John Childers, played baseball at St. Mary's College of Maryland
