June 21, 2019Randolph-Macon juniors Tyler Flora (Mechanicsville, VA / Hanover) and Camden Stramanak (Annapolis, MD / Annapolis) were honored as All-State selections as the Virginia Sports Information Directors announced its picks Friday morning. Flora was honored with a First Team selection, while Stramanak landed on the second team. -
Dantzler, Markovic Earn Academic All-America Honors
June 19, 2019Randolph-Macon juniors Kristin Dantzler (Williamsburg, Va./York) and Brendan Markovic (Westminster, MD / Winters Mill) have earned Google Cloud Academic All-American status it was announced Wednesday. The Google Cloud Academic All-America program is administered and voted upon by the College Sports Information Directors of America. Honorees must have at least a 3.30 cumulative grade point average, participated in at least half of all contests and must have completed one full year at their institutions. -
Flora, Stramanak Named To All-Region Squad
June 12, 2019Randolph-Macon juniors Tyler Flora (Mechanicsville, VA / Hanover) and Camden Stramanak (Annapolis, MD / Annapolis) have been named to the Intercollegiate Men’s Lacrosse Association All-South Region squad. Randolph-Macon recently wrapped up its most impressive season ever, setting a program records for number of wins. Randolph-Macon finished the season 13-5 overall and finished fourth in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference standings. -

May 23, 2019The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) has named Men’s Lacrosse’s junior midfielder Tyler Flora (Mechanicsville, Va./Hanover) as an Honorable Mention All-American as a short-stick defensive midfielder. Flora and Randolph-Macon recently finished a stellar season. -

May 09, 2019Randolph-Macon junior Brendan Markovic (Westminster, MD / Winters Mill) was named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete, while seven other Yellow Jackets earned spots on the All-ODAC squads it was announced Thursday afternoon. Two Yellow Jackets were named to the All-ODAC First Team, one to the All-ODAC Second team and four to the All-ODAC Third Team. -

April 30, 2019Junior midfielder Brendan Markovic (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) had two goals and an assist in the second half for the fourth-seeded Randolph-Macon men's lacrosse team, but fifth-seeded Roanoke scored 2:33 into overtime to claim a 9-8 win on Tuesday evening in the quarterfinals of the ODAC Tournament. -

DiSesa, Anderson Combine For Nine Goals In Men’s Lacrosse Win
April 27, 2019On his Senior Day, Ty Anderson (Chestertown, MD / Kent County) collected four goals while junior Colin DiSesa (Ashland, VA / Hanover) pushed for five, included all of R-MC’s offensive production in the third quarter as Men’s Lacrosse defeated Virginia Wesleyan Saturday afternoon. The win cemented Randolph-Macon’s place in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference standings, meaning the Yellow Jackets will host a quarterfinal game next week for the first time since 2012. -
Stramanak Earns Second USILA Weekly Honor

Men’s Lacrosse Leapfrogs Roanoke With Historic Win
April 20, 2019Coming into the day, Randolph-Macon Men’s Lacrosse sat fifth in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference standings. But by the end of it, R-MC cracked into the top four as the Yellow Jackets leapfrogged Roanoke with a 9-5 victory in Ashland. The victory was a historic occasion as well, marking just the second time in program history that the Yellow Jackets had bested the Maroons. -
