R-MC Men's Tennis Falls at Virginia Wesleyan

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The Randolph-Macon men's tennis team dropped its three points in doubles before Virginia Wesleyan won all six singles in posting a 9-0 ODAC victory.

The Marlins won 8-4 at both No. 1 and No. 2 Doubles as well as 8-1 at No. 3 Doubles over the Yellow Jackets (8-4, 4-4 ODAC).

Junior Alex Curnow (Culpeper, Va./Midlothian) had a close second set at No. 4 Singles, falling 6-2, 7-5.

Junior Stuart McCroskey (Newport News, Va./Menchville) dropped a 7-5 decision in the first set at No. 5 Singles before going down 6-0 in the second set.

Randolph-Macon returns to action on Monday, April 18, with a rescheduled home match against Virginia Union at 4 p.m. at the Banks Tennis Center.
