As a senior (2018):

  • Started all 18 games for the Yellow Jackets, leading the team and conference in goals with 61 and points with 74.
  • Also led the team in draw controls and was fifth in the conference with 81...tied for the third-most in program history.
  • Tied for first in CT and was second on the team in assists and GB...
  • In her career, she netted 255 career goals, the second-highest total in school history and one shy of the record.
  • Recorded 299 career points, the third highest total in school history and 173 career draw controls, tied for third in program history.
  • Was named to the All-Chesapeake Region First Team, VaSID First Team All-State, and First-Team All-ODAC.

As a junior (2017):

  • Started all 17 games for the Yellow Jackets, leading the team in goals with 64 and points with 74 as well as being third on the team in DC and CT
  • Was named to the IWLCA First Team All-Region and VaSID All-State First Team as well as All-ODAC First Team
  • Led the ODAC in points, goals, and shots
  • Broke the single-game scoring record at R-MC with nine goals in the season opener against Frostburg St. as well as adding two assists for a season-high 11 points in a game
  • Had a season-high four draw controls in an Apr. 22 win over Roanoke
  • Also had four caused turnovers in a Mar. 23 win over Bridgewater

As a sophomore (2016): 

  • Started all 18 games for the Yellow Jackets at M scoring a team high 74 goals with nine assists
  • In addition, fielded 18 GB, had 46 DC, and nine CT
  • Scored a program high eight goals twice in 2016 (Goucher, Bridgewater)…
  • Was named All-ODAC First Team leading the conference and was tenth in the country in goals with 74
  • Was also named to the All-Chesapeake Region First Team by the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association

As a freshman (2015):

  • Hsieh appeared in all 18 games with 12 starts for the Yellow Jackets
  • She led the team with 56 goals and 68 points
  • Recorded a season-high seven points against Farmingdale State (3/17) with five goals and two assists
  • Picked up 27 groundballs, notched 20 draw controls and caused ten turnovers
  • Received Second Team All-State, Second Team All-ODAC honors and was named to the ODAC All-Tournament Team
  • Was also named to the ODAC All-Academic Team for her accomplishments in the classroom

Personal:

  • Attended Centennial High School where she played lacrosse and basketball
  • Hsieh received Second Team All-County honors in her junior season and was a First Team selection as a senior
  • She also received the Best Attack Award in 2013
  • In her sophomore season of basketball, Hsieh was named Most Improved
  • Received the Minds of Motion Certificate for basketball and lacrosse in all four of her prep years
  • Her brother plays tennis at University of Maryland, Baltimore County
