MK Geratowski enters her sixth season as head coach of the Yellow Jacket women's lacrosse program. She holds positions as the Assistant Athletic Director and the Senior Women's Administrator for the R-MC Athletic Department as well. Additionally, Geratowski serves as the Division III Representative on the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Board of Directors, a position which she has held since July of 2018.

Randolph-Macon completed its fifth winning season under Geratowski in 2018. The season included a crucial home win against St. Mary's in a 19-15 thriller and huge road wins against Shenandoah 15-14 and Lynchburg 8-6. R-MC defeated LC again in the ODAC semifinals to reach the team's fourth straight Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championship match. R-MC was recognized as a IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad for the year. Geratowski led five Yellow Jackets to All-ODAC squads, as well as three players who were named to the All-Chesapeake Region First Team by the IWCLA and three players who were Virginia Sports Information Directors All-State team members. 

In 2017, Randolph-Macon accomplished an 11-6 record, including a 7-1 ODAC record. R-MC earned a place in the ODAC Semifinals, where the team defeated Shenandoah 16-10 and moved to its third straight ODAC Championship game. Geratowski coached a number of players who garnered numerous postseason honors, including for IWLCA Division III Scholar-Athlete of the Year, ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete, three IWLCA All-Chesapeake Region nods, four VaSID honors and six All-ODAC selections. The team was also recognized as an IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad.

The 2016 season saw Geratowski lead the Yellow Jackets to a 12-win season. The Yellow Jackets got signature wins against Washington College 10-9 and Lynchburg in the ODAC Semifinals 17-7. The season also marked Geratowski's second season defeating at least eight ODAC opponents. Under her tutelege, R-MC was named an IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad, while the team also featured the ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete, seven All-ODAC team members, two IWLCA All-Region athletes and three players on the VaSID All-State Team. 

During the 2015 campaign, Geratowski guided the Yellow Jackets to a 14-4 overall record and 9-1 in ODAC play. R-MC was picked to finish third in the conference preseason poll, but took second and earned a bye in the quarterfinals of the ODAC Tournament. The Yellow Jackets dominated Virginia Wesleyan 14-3 in the semifinals before dropping an 8-7 decision at top-ranked Washington and Lee in the championship game. Geratowski was voted ODAC Coach of the Year, VaSID Coach of the Year in the state of Virginia and won the Hugh Stephens Coach of the Year Award as the top coach at Randolph-Macon.

In her first season in 2014, Geratowski led R-MC to a 10-8 overall mark and 6-4 in the ODAC. The fifth-seeded Yellow Jackets went on the road and upset No. 4 Roanoke 15-13 in the quarterfinals of the ODAC Tournament. R-MC fell 16-15 at top-seeded W&L in the semifinals.

Prior to her arrival in Ashland, Geratowski spent three seasons as an assistant coach in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2013, she was the offensive and recruiting coordinator at William and Mary.  The previous year, Geratowski served as offensive coordinator at in conference rival, Washington and Lee.  And for the 2011 campaign, she worked as a defensive assistant at the University of Richmond. During the 2010 season, Geratowski was the defensive coordinator at Connecticut College.

Geratowski was a four-year standout at Elmira College in both lacrosse and ice hockey. Geratowski was a member of the All-Sportsmanship Team in the Empire 8 for lacrosse in 2008 as well as serving as a team captain and being named team MVP. As a member of the nationally ranked ice hockey team, Geratowski won the Coach’s Award in 2005-06 and served as a student assistant coach in 2007-08 helping her team to two ECAC Championships and three NCAA appearances, including two trips to the Frozen Four.

In 2008, Geratowski earned a Bachelor of Science in English Literature and Secondary Education from Elmira. She earned a Master of Education in Sports Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011.
