ASHLAND, Va.—The Randolph-Macon women's volleyball program, under head coach Bill Rogers, has announced its 2016 volleyball camp dates.
R-MC volleyball offers beginner and advanced skills camps along with a college prep camp.
The beginner skills camp will be held on July 14-15 and is designed for players with little to no experience. Instruction will focus on skill development and fundamental game play.
The advanced skills camp will take place July 15-17 and is designed for players with high school or club experience. Instruction for this camp will focus on skill consistency, technique and advanced game play.
The college prep camp, designed for players interested in playing at the collegiate level, will be held on July 23-24. Instruction will focus on advanced drills and game play modeled after college practices. Campers will also learn about the recruiting process.
Day or overnight options are available for each camp. Overnight camp offers additional evening training sessions and a workout session.
